BRIEF: ‘Fully refurbish the high turn over holiday rental creating a modern coastal apartment without being 'cliche beachy'
This beachfront apartment was last renovated in the 1980's, after years of being a sort after holiday rental, the client decided to renovate the property to suit the family needs plus increase the return on investment by refreshing the entire property.
The project was completed in two stages, the back half including the bedrooms and bathrooms and then six months later the front half including the living area, laundry and kitchen.
The unit has had a complete refurbishment, it is now a beautiful yet hard wearing apartment that the clients love and enjoy and holiday renters book out back to back. The use of commercial grade furniture, upholstery fabrics, finishes and fixtures means the clients are not worried about damages or sea air corrosion.
